  • Branch changes: a Dixy Chicken shop has opened, closed, moved or changed its name near you.
  • New pages: you would like us to cover a city, a country or a comparison with another chicken brand that we have not written about yet.
  • Feedback and suggestions: something on the site is hard to find, a calculator is not working, or you have an idea that would make a page more useful.

Submitting a price update

Price reports are far more useful to us when they include a few details. Where possible, please tell us:

  • The country, town and street of the branch
  • The exact item name as written on the menu board
  • The price you paid, and the currency
  • The date you visited
  • Whether it was in-store, collection or a delivery app
  • A photo of the menu board or receipt, if you have one (please blur any personal details)

How we handle your message

We check every correction against a second source, such as the Food Standards Agency register, a delivery app listing or the branch’s own website, before we change a page. When a reader report leads to an update, the page’s “last updated” date changes too. We only use your name and email address to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone, including Dixy Chicken.
