Build your Dixy meal below and see roughly how many calories it adds up to, how much of your day it uses, and where an easy swap would save the most. Dixy doesn’t publish official nutrition figures, so the calculator uses the same estimates as our full calorie guide.

Estimates from our Dixy calorie guide. Dixy doesn’t publish official figures and recipes vary by shop, so treat these as a guide. Walking time assumes about 5 kcal a minute for a 70 kg adult.
How the calculator works
Pick a category, tap + on each item, and your meal builds up in the panel on the right (or below, on a phone). Every item has a low and a high estimate, and the calculator adds them up to give you a range rather than a single number. That’s deliberate. Each Dixy shop is run separately, so portion sizes, batter and cooking oil vary a bit from one branch to the next.
The daily share compares your order with the NHS guide of 2,000 kcal a day for women or 2,500 kcal for men. The walking figure assumes you burn about 5 kcal a minute, which is typical for a 70 kg adult walking briskly. Heavier people burn a little more and lighter people a little less.
Easy ways to make an order lighter
- Swap regular fries for corn on the cob or beans and you save around 200 kcal.
- Choose a diet drink or water instead of a full-sugar Pepsi.
- Ask for sauce on the side. A tablespoon of mayo is roughly 90 to 100 kcal.
- Go for a wrap or a Mini Fillet instead of a double burger.
Common questions
How accurate is this?
It’s a good guide, not a lab test. The figures are estimates based on standard fried chicken nutrition data and published figures from similar UK chains. If you need exact numbers for a medical reason, ask your local shop.
Does it include sauces?
Only if you add them. Sauces and extra cheese have their own section, because they can add a surprising amount.
